“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift.
Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside.
Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet.
I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home.

“Merrick completed a large renovation project for our split level home to include a new and larger first level with a new kitchen, dining room, family room with a stone fireplace and screened porch. The project went very smoothly from the design phase through completion of construction and was delivered prior to the date promised and within budget. We lived in the house during the construction with far less than expected disruption. Everyone in the construction crew was very professional, knowledgable and considerate of our needs and even went the extra mile to be sure our dog was not disrupted too much each day while we were at work.
We received frequent updates on the status of the project from the foreman and always knew who to expect to be working at our house each day.
The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way and we highly recommend Merrick Design Build .”

Liu installed a new roof deck on my town home in DC which included installing a set of stairs from the third floor through the roof, building a parapet to house the new stairs, and installing a Trex roof deck. In addition, Jerry's team also completed general refreshing work throughout my house (e.g., repainting, new moldings, new faucets, new locks, etc.).
