“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. “I would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his team for any prospective project. Having had several renovations in the past that did not go well, my husband and I were incredibly nervous about selecting a building team for our garage conversion. We met with Matt who went through everything with us in great detail, providing us with accurate quotes, start dates and lead times. “A well-designed apartment fitted with quality fixtures and fittings. Chris and the team are professional and customer focused and closed out snagging items quickly and without making a fuss. Chris and his team are approachable which makes you feel that they care about the customer and the quality of the project. When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.”
