“Dear Matty, Nick and team, I’m finally getting around to thanking you for the fantastic job you did on my house. Everyone is so impressed and the architect actually asked me to let him know if I was ever considering selling! High praise from a man who loves good workmanship. It looks like it was here for generations even though it's less than a year old, but it has all the comforts of modern building standards. Thanks for making all the finishing bits so easy, from awkward shaped tiles to the amazing parquet floor. And all my friends have wardrobe envy – the doors turned out perfectly, and they are really in keeping with the old look of the house. I absolutely love the finished floor in the hall … It’s a real showpiece when people come in. Thanks for never minding when I changed the plan! I really think I’ve ended up with one of the nicest houses in the country and your multiple skills, attention to detail and approachability were huge contributors. Good luck with your future projects and feel free to send anyone who wants to see your work to look at my house – I love showing it off!”

“From the outset of the project the team at Norman Pratt Conservatories displayed professionalism and considerable expertise in dealing with several complex design issues to ensure that the integration of the new Orangery into our house optimised the available space and views while maintaining harmony and proportionality with the existing structure. Significant structural elements were expertly incorporated without visual intrusion leading to a design that has provided a very spacious and functional expansion of living space with functionality and freedom of circulation at its core. Having the opportunity to review the dry-fit structure at the factory was very beneficial, allowing all important fine details to be finalised before delivery on-site. Timelines were agreed in advance and delivered upon. The on-site build involved considerable disruption to normal household activity and this and the overall site were managed very well by the construction team. Their attention to detail and craftmanship were exceptional and they were very pleasant to deal with. The project was delivered on-time, on budget and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending Norman Pratt Conservatories.”
