“I live in a small studio space with my dog, I wanted to decorate but felt I couldn't because the space was so small. I came across Flemming Interiors and decided to see if there was something I could do. Stephanie was great! I told what I wish I could have, my dream home, and she said that it was totally do-able in the small space I have. I had such an amazing time working with Stephanie and transforming my dull studio into this gorgeous place that I actually like coming home to! “Eric and his crew, he has kept many of his workers over the years because they are good, are very particular about doing a good job and take pride in their professionalism and quality of work. Interaction with Eric to problem solve and advice to rectify planning and architectural issues is outstanding. Always available to talk about issues and answers the phone when you call! I have no problem in recommending him as a builder. Eric built our house in San Juan Ranch and 8 years later we again contracted him to add an extension with the same good results.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“There are tons of design/build firms out there who can stick some boxes together and call it a ‘design’ – far fewer are they who have the gift of being able to thoughtfully and patiently listen to your ideas and hopes and dreams, to look at your drawings and the photos you have collected, to visit your site and carefully consider the arc of the sun, the lay of the land, the direction that the fierce winds come from in deep winter, and then to pull everything together into spaces and geometries that resonate with you, that cause you to know in your bones, “this is ME, this is US, this is IT”, and then to have the technical experience and logistical capability to turn that vision into physical reality. Elevated Design Build are true craftsmen as well as good human beings. Although their documentation is top-notch, I’d do business with them (again) on a handshake. I can recommend them without qualification.”

“We hired Phase One Landscape last year for an outdoor project that included a new patio, firepit and landscaping. We are thrilled with the results! Over the years we have done extensive remodel projects indoors and out, and Phase One has proven to be among the best we have ever used. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism during design and construction that we elected to change maintenance companies and hired Phase One to do our landscape maintenance this year. Once again, they have not disappointed, our yard has never looked better. It is so nice to have a company that is proactive when it comes to maintenance. They don't just show up mow, trim and blow and leave 20 minutes later like our other comapanies. They idenitfy problem areas and take action without me having to point it out! We are very pleased with all aspects of this company especially all of the employees!!”

“We can’t say enough great things about TRAD. To start, we live in a split/bi-level which is not a structure architects always love to work with. We actually talked to several and had plans drawn up with two. TRAD was the first team to truly understand our vision and realize it. They fundamentally changed the personality of our house in a way that we could not envision on our own. We also appreciated TRAD's unique ability to make every aspect of the home functional. In our remodel, we weren't looking for square footage, rather we wanted to make sure every square inch we had was actively used. The TRAD team excels in this area. We truly “live” in every inch of our remodeled home. A few more odds and ends for anyone considering TRAD for their project. Their cabinetry work is stunning! They are true craftsmen. Last but not least - the project management was outstanding. They are your advocates and the voice of reason during the chaos of remodel! This is truly a special firm. We could not be happier!”

“We had a very outdated and environmentally unfriendly landscape around the 3acre site of our 1980s southwest run style berm home. Concrete with a very formal ugly brick pattern in front of our south-facing solar energy source, and asphalt paving (UGH!) everywhere else. It made the house hot in summer and ugly. The house also needed an entrance, as there was not an obvious one. Peter Chivers and his crew put together a plan with us to start to " remediate" the site. Peter's taste and ours I think really fit. He designed a fabulous new southwestern entry, even scrounged around and found a very cool old hand hewn beam for the header. There's more work to be done with plants and the landscape, and we'll be working with them again next year. You should know that Peter is a perfectionist and as with the really good people, sometimes things take longer than you think. We didn't push, but if we had I think it would probably be ready for pictures. We'll put some up as soon as we can!”
