“Nick and his Dad are the best. They redid our two baths and kitchen. The upstairs bath was a complete tear down. The kitchen/family room was transformed from a 1960's kitchen to granite, stainless, windows, doors, walls, pantries, utility room, etc. They were professional, insightful, knowledgeable and finished our job in a timely fashion. We were living in another state and travelling back and forth and never had a delay or worry. We were in our house by May. He recommended other professionals for painting, insulation, etc. and they also were great to work with. His tile guys were the best. Can only say nice things about this contractor and would highly recommend them for any small or large job.”

“In the fall of 2015 I had my kitchen and first floor bathroom remodeled by Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC. Owner Daniel J. Carr is extremely customer oriented. Dan and his team strive to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. Dan and his team combine a pleasant attitude with a "can do" attitude. The project they completed for me was done on time and within the agreed upon budget. During the project Dan went the extra mile to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He personally made several trips to the granite, cabinet, and tile stores. He really wanted to make sure that everything matched perfectly and that I was truly happy with everything. I had to save for a long time in order to get these projects done and it was important to me that they were done right. In today's world it is difficult to find people that are going to do a great job at a fair price. It is also difficult to find people that are going to be neat and courteous while doing the work in your home. I can honestly say that Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC met all my criteria. “Ongoing relationship with this landscaper. They designed and installed multiple gardens around my home over the course of 4-5 years and come back to maintain, weed and add to the existing gardens. Very personable and work well with my needs. Always willing to offer advise about plant varieties and placement. They specialize in native plants and natural landscapes but have no problem if you want something different. When we remodeled they even helped with regrowing our lawn which was damaged greatly during the remodel process. My vegetable garden they installed is the envy of the neighborhood! Would gladly recommend this company.”

“We have worked with C&M Masonry for two projects. The first project was stoning the front of our home in 2009 and then most recently installing a flag stone walkway on the side of our house. We wee happy on both occasions and here is why. First, the prices are competitive. Carlos will really work to make your project fit your budget. Second,Carlos is an extremely hard worker and TAKE his TIME. If you want the job done right and good quality, he's your person. Third, Carlos communicates things concerning the job all the time. He never takes the an assumption when doing things. We will continue using C&M in the future.”

“Having had a stone barn restored to adaptive re-use as apartments, and then a complete restoration of old stone farmhouse, I cannot praise the workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail enough. The site is kept meticulously clean after each day's work. They worked with me to bring my vison about with their knowledge of both old and modern materials and period detail. I have a lovely old home that now is up to modern plumbing & electrical performance with the antique charm retained and enhanced. The millwork is exquisite. They are happy to return to adjust anything that does not work to satisfaction after completion and are uniformly pleasant and polite, punctual and precise. Your project will have full and undivided attention while it is worked on. They have my permission to forward pictures of the work here on request. My father was an engineer and lover of old homes, a Certified Home Inspector locally, and first recommended the Fredendalls to me based on his admiration for the structural soundness of their work and the beauty and faithfulness to history of the finished result. I have had them work on two major reconstructions in 1998-2000, 2004 - 2005, and one minor project in 2010 and will hire them again as I have other projects o be done.”
