James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction. The tops are sealed so spillages don't stain, and such a lovely surface to work on.
