“Fred Parker and his son Ron Parker are currently building my new home, and the quality and professionalism is outstanding. They are extremely thorough in planning and anticipating situations and formulating solutions to prevent unexpected problems. They use only high quality and reputable subcontractors. Their goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time. Fred Parker has been building homes for 50 + years, and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for his contribution to building issues in Fort Worth. Update Dec 2015: I have been living in my beautiful home now for a year, and the follow up service by Fred Parker has been outstanding. Fred and his son Ron treat my home like it their prized possession. They take so much pride in the quality of the work, their service, and their client relationships. “As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Laura and her team on a number of renovation projects. I confidently refer her to my clients because of her professionalism and devotion to her work. She respects her client's budget and is totally responsive to their needs. Laura runs her projects efficiently with the aid of a timeline that is given to the clients at the onset of the project. She is very adept at scheduling her subcontractors as timing in a remodel project is very critical. It is always a pleasure to work with her because of her positive, can do attitude.”

“The Verde Outdoors team- led by Colby W. really did a great job every step of the way. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the pool to look and Colby made additional suggestions and revisions that were spot-on and really made a difference in the end result. From keeping us up to date on schedule, costs and materials- the communication was great and everything ran more smoothly than expected. We did not experience the delays, over-runs and mis-communications that many of our acquaintances warned us about with other pool builders. From start of construction to swimming- it was only about 60 days- phenomenal in today's market! They may not be able to replicate quite that speed every time, but I know Colby and Levi will do everything they can to get you swimming ASAP.”

“Modern Craft has now completed three different projects for me. Each one has been a resounding success. Wiley has a gift for envisioning solutions to problems where others have given up. He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that. We were unable to achieve our goal until we met Wiley, two days later we were presented with a solution and have enjoyed that room for several years now. Their design sense is a huge asset that gives them an edge over the competition. They also completed a remodel at my business in Extreme Home Makeover fashion, I had a limited amount of time to close my business and they completed the work on time allowing me to keep my business running. “These guys are truly artists in their craft and have an eye for impeccable detail. We found Southern through a project they were working on in the neighborhood. After receiving multiple quotes for our outdoor living and landscape project we decided to use Southern for a few reasons. 1. They are very punctual and showed up a few minutes before our consultation started. We had a few companies come out and none of them could stick to the time scheduled which led us to think of they aren’t even committed to showing up on time they will not be to out project. 2. The bid was very thorough. It mentioned the slightest detail we had discussed during our consultation. 3. We had a lot of questions and Malcolm took time to discuss them in detail. 4. After we finalized all the details and a start date for our project, Malcolm kept us in the loop as we were approaching the start date. 5. The crews and constructions process was flawless to say the least. They are very detailed, cleaned up everyday, and gave us daily updates as to what was happening on the next stage. 6. After the completion of our paver patio, pergola, and landscaping we will definitely be using Southern Design and Build for all of our outdoor living projects. - Elizabeth Green”
