“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“We have hired old south 3 times over the past 10 years. The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. With each project, I only had a slight idea what I wanted. Thanks to the great design staff who took my half baked ideas and turned them into the beautiful property I have today. Any concerns I ever had were answered promptly. Even though this is a very busy company, I always felt I was their only client. The personal attention was awesome! I can't wait to have them back to re-do my kitchen.”

“Tom is a great remodeling professional. He remodeled my house a few years ago. “This is the first renovation I've done and it was amazing from start to finish. Denice was a mastermind at designing a kitchen to fit in my older craftsman home. Everything was finished on time and on budget. My kitchen is beautiful and highly functional, including an appliance barn that has made even my children excited about cooking. The custom wood finishes made the concept individualized for me.”
