“I highly and without reservation recommend Mr. Gregory Sforza of Done Right Remodeling for any home improvement job you may require. He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. When you've hired Done Right Remodeling you've made an educated choice.”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“Choate builders took down the wall between my kitchen and family room added a beautiful breakfast bar with columns and cabinets on the bottom for amazing new storage space. The owner Paul was there everyday answered my texts calls and emails immediately they put up a temporary wall so the mess stayed in the work space they were so clean and neat about everything and the owner did the design for the work it was perfect I would never use anyone else.”

“My husband and I have struggled for years finding a good builder to build us a lasting deck. Finally, about 5 years ago, a good family friend recommended Archadeck and raved about not only their products but how great their customer service is. Rick and Kimberly, the owners, made my husband and I feel so incredibly comfortable while we did business with them. Even through all of our indecisiveness, Rick continued to come back with more drawings to help fit our needs without ever once getting frustrated with our constant requests. We have been homeowners for 20 years now and had gone through 4 builders before finding the Crossman's. This couple is a power couple. They have run and incredibly succesful business and my husband and I couldn't be happier to have finally found a builder to not only make us a beautiful, long-lasting deck but to make us feel at ease knowing that if anything were to ever go wrong, Archadeck would be a simple phone call away for any request. We have had their deck for about five years now and not even the slightest of a splinter has come up since it was built. We got much more than what we paid for with the Crossman's. “I have worked with Renate Sieg for 4 different construction projects over the past 15 years. Ranging from a small $50,000 remodel of a NY apartment to a complete renovation of our current Upper West Side apartment which was in excess of $750,000. Our building manager said that she has rarely worked with any construction firm as respectful and mindful of other people in the building and has recommended her for other renovation projects. In all cases, she was professional, accurate, on budget, and on time. She is a joy to work with, and I would recommend her without reservation. “Sunny house was hired by our church to renovate two bathrooms. The work performed was done in a professional manner. The work performed was tearing down the existing walls, removing fixtures, installing new floors in both bathrooms. The workman always came when they said they were coming and cleaned up at the end of the day. Both bathrooms are now updated and were done to our specifications. I would highly recommend Sunny House.”
