“The consultation process was really good and the team grasped what we wanted from it. They worked hard to stick to our budget and within our time frame. Newton was excellent as a project manager and responded to any snags or concerns immediately. We were not initially satisfied with the quality of work of some of the trades but Newton resolved this swiftly and with professionalism. We are likely to use this company again.”

“Stuart is a trustworthy professional. He presented us plenty of creative solutions for challenging problems and delivered the solutions at high standards and on time. For a big renovation project, I couldn’t recommend more, as most of the stress was taken away from us. The results are better than expected and we got both quality and beauty. “We investigated a number of companies building the traditional way in oak and decided this was the best combination of price and quality. The first contract was for a garden room (conservatory) and it was completed on schedule within budget and the final result was better than we anticipated, despite having spent a lot of time on the details during the design stage. The site team was brilliant, friendly, very tidy and really caring about the details. We were so impressed we also contracted for an new entrance porch and and a replacement bay window. Both are now complete and we are really pleased with the end result. Only slight problem was the last job was delayed several weeks as the subcontractors had too much work on and needed a lot of chasing to get on with the job. Despite this a couple of weeks is nothing compared to the decades this should last looking great.”

“We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”

“I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project. No problems for me to sort out at any time. Ellie consulted with the builder keeping me informed of any technical problems that occurred. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maison Frais to take on your building project.”
