“I used Daiva's services last year, did the kitchen and living room. I'm so happy with how they turned out, but not only that, Daiva managed everything from start to finish, I didn't have to worry about anything, she did an incredible job. I'll be doing the upstairs soon, and using Daiva again, I couldn't even imagine using anyone else.”

“Dear Matty, Nick and team, I’m finally getting around to thanking you for the fantastic job you did on my house. Everyone is so impressed and the architect actually asked me to let him know if I was ever considering selling! High praise from a man who loves good workmanship. It looks like it was here for generations even though it's less than a year old, but it has all the comforts of modern building standards. Thanks for making all the finishing bits so easy, from awkward shaped tiles to the amazing parquet floor. And all my friends have wardrobe envy – the doors turned out perfectly, and they are really in keeping with the old look of the house. I absolutely love the finished floor in the hall … It’s a real showpiece when people come in. Thanks for never minding when I changed the plan! I really think I’ve ended up with one of the nicest houses in the country and your multiple skills, attention to detail and approachability were huge contributors. Good luck with your future projects and feel free to send anyone who wants to see your work to look at my house – I love showing it off!”

“I hired Bosch Thomas construction for a big project on my house, attic conversion and house refurbishment couldn’t recommend them enough. I gave Thomas my ideas and the team couldn’t have hit the nail on the head more with the end result! From start to finish an amazing team to deal with very professional and most importantly everything was completed punctually as promised. The quality and attention to detail is second to none and I wouldn’t look any further in the future for additional work.”

“I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. From start to finish they were thoroughly professional, extremely polite and very patient. They treated our home like their own. We had one chimney removed from top to bottom and another chimney breast removed. We also removed another solid wall. It was an amazing transformation and made all the easier as the parts of the house that they didn't work on but passed through everyday were left spotless. They also gave us some great advise along the way. They have a very positive attitude, which for us was extremely important. Some of the builders that we talked to told us certain things couldn’t be done or wouldn’t be worth doing. Shane and Mark’s attitude was pretty much anything can be done. We will be using these guys for any future work that we may need done.”

“Lee and his team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lee project managed my extension which made things very simple for me. Lee engaged and dealt with all the subcontractors such as the plumber, the electrician and the carpenter. He completed the build in the estimated timeframe and within the agreed budget, with very little disruption to my neighbours and ourselves. He provided advice from experience when required. I would recommend LMD Developments for any project large or small.”

“If we hadn't taken a friend's advice and hired this company to prepare a re-modelling design layout, we would have missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity to transform our out of date, 'tired' house into the home of our dreams. We probably didn't spend that much more on the construction work than originally planned but, critically, the money we did spend delivered the best possible results. We couldn't have been happier!”
