He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. “Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”

The owner Paul was there everyday answered my texts calls and emails immediately they put up a temporary wall so the mess stayed in the work space they were so clean and neat about everything and the owner did the design for the work it was perfect I would never use anyone else.”

“I decided to finish my basement in Briarcliff Manor in March 2019, and discovered that the village code required that I have drawings completed by a licensed architect. I got a couple of quotes locally and was surprised at the cost, being that the plans would be rather simple. Finally a contractor recommended Tomas of Botero Building Design. I contacted Tomas and scheduled an appt for him to come over and see the basement. Tomas and his father arrived right on time and were very thorough in taking measurements and explaining village codes. They also quoted me a very fair price and told me they would deliver the completed plans within a week, personally. Once I received the plans I submitted them to the village, along with my application, in order to get my permit. The building inspector did not review the plans thoroughly and would not allow me to proceed. I didn't have the technical "know How" to debate the inspector, so I called Tomas. He immediately contacted the village building inspector and had him take out the plans. He reviewed the plans with the inspector over the phone and then the inspector realized he had made a mistake. I was issued a permit and my contractors started work. A couple of times during the construction phase we needed to get some clarification about the plans, and Tomas was easy to get a hold of and gave us the answers we needed. Tomas and his father are experienced, knowledgeable, and provide an exceptional product along with exceptional customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
