Their work was of a high caliber and was done neatly. The lines of communication were open, constant, and transparent. The crew did a good job of cleaning the house before leaving and showed respect for our residence and daily routine.”

“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . “Peters Design Build did a beautiful remodel of our three-story, three-unit traditional San Francisco property. The final design retained the original Edwardian lines, but with all the modern amenities (like, you know, lots of wall outlets and modern appliances). Ben and Andrew were always responsive, open, and courteous. They answered any questions I had, and gave a good idea of what to expect. They are totally professional and flexible. Some contractors seem like they do good work, but don't know how to run a business. Ben and Andrew do both. They have top quality craftsmanship, but also know how to manage expectations and build to our budget. I was pregnant at the time of the remodel, and they kept dust to a minimum, used non-toxic paints, and let me know when to make myself scarce if I wanted to avoid inhaling teratogenic substances. All in all, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Ben and Andrew to everyone I know.”
