“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“We have sought our Cherel's opinion and designs on a number of occasions not only for our residential home in Sydney but also a property overseas. She has always been interested in our thoughts and takes time to know our taste. To this she adds her colours, designs and realism to create our vision and unique and practical result. She ensures that the result is distinctive, practical and stands the test of time as all our projects have proven. She also allows for discussion and is always happy to amend her work to fit in with our expectations. In other words approachable and enthusiastic. Her team is exemplary and co-operative. She handles the project efficiently and is good at communication. We would always seek her advice before embarking on a major development.”

“I hired Neil Turrell and the fabulous Brad Trethowan for a significant personal renovation project that I needed done in an eye-wateringly tight timeframe. Not only did they do it on time, they were unfailingly professional and careful, and cheerful. We all know how important it is to be cheerful when the pressure's on during a reno! 'No problem!' to create, fix, find, repair and build anything I asked - and my lists grew weekly Would recommend to anyone. Came recommended to me by a friend who was building up the road from us.”

“Guy was instrumental in getting this complicated renovation of a medical practice finished on time and on budget. He was the primary interface between us (the owners) and the builder and associated trades. He was extremely helpful in finding good design advice, coming up with creative solutions during the build and communicating with all stakeholders. We can highly recommend getting Guy involved early in the process for his experience, contacts with the trades and his negotiation skills.”

“Arran and Callum are exactly the guys you want working on your building project. They are easy to get along with, but also professionals who are precise in their work. They did some work on a tiny house for my husband and I, and the standard of their work is very high. Could do with better communication though.”
