“I worked with Ben and his company on my rooftop deck. The project was amazing, from the first blueprint, to the planning and the execution of the build out, Ben is exceptionally talented. We have since done a couple more phases (additional lighting and back side of the deck build out), I don't have anybody come up on my rooftop without being blown away. I highly recommend London-i.”

“The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

“We worked with Better Builders to add an addition to our 100+ year old home. It was a unique project and Better Builders worked with us to determine a creative solution that seamlessly fits with the existing home. The COVID-19 pandemic hit mid-way through our project. BB was great at keeping us up-to-date with timing and making sure we were comfortable in the home while work was paused and could comfortably work from home when work continued. Highly recommended.”

“Karen designed a complete inside and out remodel of our 40+ year old 3400 sq-ft home on Bainbridge Island. She also hired and supervised the work of a group of outstanding subcontractors. The job was completed in a timely manner at on budget. Karen was great to work with. She listened to our ideas and then transformed them into plans that proved to be better than we hoped. We whole heartedly recommend her and she will get our call if we ever tackle this kind of project again.”

“As a sub-contractor for Neu Construction, Inc. we appreciate the process of a remodeling project. Once the schedule is set the process stays pretty much on schedule. There are rarely any change orders because all decisions have been made prior to starting a project. Also prompt payment is very much appreciated. “Anne did a gorgeous job on my kitchen/dining room remodel. I wanted modern and she suggested a Japanese touch, just kind of an homage.. It made the room. Ask her for pictures, it is really stunning.She listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get the particular finishes I wanted. Very fun to work with.”

“First of all, Sheard Development completely saved us! We had started several months before they came on board with another contractor who let us down right after the foundation had been started.... Then we waited & waited for them to go onto the next stage which never happened. Basically the whole house was still unfinished and it sat for about 4 months before Sheard Development took over our project. They worked through many errors on the plans they inherited and the foundation that had already been started. I can’t say enough positive about this company, they made EVERYTHING right. They have integrity, the best work ethic, they put the customer first and love their imput. They completed our home in the most timely manner. I would recommend this company whole heartedly without hesitation!”
