“Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

“Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”

“As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Laura and her team on a number of renovation projects. I confidently refer her to my clients because of her professionalism and devotion to her work. She respects her client's budget and is totally responsive to their needs. Laura runs her projects efficiently with the aid of a timeline that is given to the clients at the onset of the project. She is very adept at scheduling her subcontractors as timing in a remodel project is very critical. It is always a pleasure to work with her because of her positive, can do attitude.”

“Grossman Design Build LLC just finished up my complete kitchen and bath renovation. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mr. Grossman's employees and contractors were extremely professional, polite, and respectful of our home and took great care in keeping it clean each day of our eight week renovation. The attention to detail was remarkable. I only had one small item during our punch list visit, which was amazing in itself. I highly recommend this company for any renovation or add-on. “When I went searching for a remodeling co. for my project, I called some of the companies reviewed on Houzz, only to be told my $45k remodel was too small for them to bother with. The Burke company not only accepted my job, they did such professional, high quality work most people who have seen it think that it cost twice that. I did not experience the delays or cost overruns that I'd been told usually occur in remodels. They were very willing to work make the changes I requested and were always reachable when I had a question. They were mindful of my budget and worked with me to help keep it in check. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of remodeling project.”
