We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the pool to look and Colby made additional suggestions and revisions that were spot-on and really made a difference in the end result. From keeping us up to date on schedule, costs and materials- the communication was great and everything ran more smoothly than expected. We did not experience the delays, over-runs and mis-communications that many of our acquaintances warned us about with other pool builders. From start of construction to swimming- it was only about 60 days- phenomenal in today's market! They may not be able to replicate quite that speed every time, but I know Colby and Levi will do everything they can to get you swimming ASAP.”

“These guys are truly artists in their craft and have an eye for impeccable detail. We found Southern through a project they were working on in the neighborhood. After receiving multiple quotes for our outdoor living and landscape project we decided to use Southern for a few reasons.
1. They are very punctual and showed up a few minutes before our consultation started. We had a few companies come out and none of them could stick to the time scheduled which led us to think of they aren’t even committed to showing up on time they will not be to out project.
2. The bid was very thorough. It mentioned the slightest detail we had discussed during our consultation.
3. We had a lot of questions and Malcolm took time to discuss them in detail.
4. After we finalized all the details and a start date for our project, Malcolm kept us in the loop as we were approaching the start date.
5. The crews and constructions process was flawless to say the least. They are very detailed, cleaned up everyday, and gave us daily updates as to what was happening on the next stage.
6. After the completion of our paver patio, pergola, and landscaping we will definitely be using Southern Design and Build for all of our outdoor living projects.

“Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker.
I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area.
I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance.
I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

“Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Would recommend him 100%. Can't say enough good things about Rick and his staff!! The Wheelers”
