“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. “Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor.
