“Andy McDonald designed our house plans and they are beautiful. The process was so easy, we made an appointment and meet with Andy and his wife, Marie, and told them what we were looking for. We narrowed our search down to one of his existing original designs that had the layout we wanted and from there made changes. When we were all finished we basically had our custom designed home. Our contractor recomenned Andy to us, and every one he has shown the plans to is overwhelmed at the attention to detail. We are still clearing our land, and should be pouring the slab very soon. I cannot wait to see Andy's talent come to life!!!! I will post pictures of the final project!”

“Building a high quality 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home in an upscale neighborhood. We didn't design the house but we were able to completely customize the interior. We chose paint colors and flooring which included wood, tile, and carpet. We also chose counter tops, tile, and cabinet stain. During construction my wife and I notice several areas that would make good nooks or storage / tornado shelters and they accommodated those requests.”

“We purchased an older home knowing we would need some updates and renovations. I contacted d. Jenks because they had a great reputation as craftsman, but also I would need creative talent to understand what I needed with function and style. After spending time discussing the usage for the renovated space, Art Studio/Office, Dylan honed in on my style. He came back with design ideas that I hadn't considered. His use of space, lighting both natural and electric. All of this delivered within my budget! The process and timing of demo and renovations in a occupied dwelling could be catastrophic, but Dylan and David Jenks worked tirelessly to deliver on time a space beyond our expectations. What a great team of skilled craftsman. They finished the project with custom bookcases and a beautiful rustic reclaimed cypress mantle. The art studio has vaulted tongue in groove ceilings with natural and indirect lighting. We love our new space.”

“Rick Vinyard with The Precision Construction Group took on the challenge of a major remodel of our den, kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and a connecting hallway. Rick took our house from a dark, boxy, 1970s house to a modern, light, open concept HOME of this century. The 900 sq ft remodel project included gutting all 4 rooms, replacing exterior doors and windows, replacing 2 load-bearing walls with flush beams, new floors, custom cabinetry and new appliances - all while we lived in the house. Like most remodels, there were a few surprises - all handled well. Of course, there was the inevitable "scope creep" - also handled well. Rick's crews were always respectful and patient. Rick went out of his way to make our experience pleasurable and our house our HOME.”

“Hired this design/build firm for our dream custom home two years ago. Took one year to get out home designed on paper. The owner Roy had a spreadsheet on the time line of what would take place when during the construction process. The day the windows were due to come in they were delivered. The day he cabinets were to arrive and the install started, that happened as well. All neighbors stated numerous time how clean the construction site remained throughout the process. When "punch-out" time came Roy punched out the home like it was his own! Our home is 3600+ sq. ft.. and our power bill is $148.00 a month during the summer. My neighbor's home is 3200 sq. ft. and his power bill is $468.00 a month. Thanks Roy for building a fantastic home for us!”

“Mical Hill Homes has completed to major construction project for us. Mical Hill Homes, completed the renovation and addition to our flooded and gutter primary house in Lakeview, New Orleans. This renovation included rebuilding of the existing 1,950 ft2 single story house as well as a 900 ft2 second floor addition (entire new second floor). The second project was the construction of a brand new two story, 2,500 ft2 two family house in Gentilly, New Orleans, that we built as an investment property. This two family house exceed our expectations and the expectations of all our our perspective tenants. Both of our project were completed on schedule and within our initial budgets.”
