They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there. “Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”

We found John at Paces to be very creative and a real perfectionist, and he worked well with our architect, interior designer and landscape designer to get everything done. We will use them again next year to do several additional things, and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.”

“We hired MacBuilt Homes for a total master bath renovation. We had a valted ceiling brought down down to a trey ceiling. A beautiful shower was built and a soaking tub installed. MacBuilt was professional, very helpful with decisions that needed to be made and great quality workmanship. A complete pleasure to work with and highly recommend them.”

“Anyone who works in SFH REI knows how difficult it is to find a good vendor. Look no further! US Legacy is by far the simplest vendor to work with. They were my go-to GC when I worked in renovations, and upon switching to a new company, I was pleased to find that their maintenance department is just as reliable!!! They work quickly; never overestimate with unnecessary repairs (huge plus when working in REI); communication is fast and clear; provide market pricing (many times even below market prices); work is completed on time, within budget, and always good quality. They even have an appliance repair team that handles ONLY appliance repairs, which means repairs get completed sooner than expected. I could not over-recommend them! Great team of people working here, keep up the good work!”
