“Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

“Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”

“Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Would recommend him 100%. Can't say enough good things about Rick and his staff!! The Wheelers”

“As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Laura and her team on a number of renovation projects. I confidently refer her to my clients because of her professionalism and devotion to her work. She respects her client's budget and is totally responsive to their needs. Laura runs her projects efficiently with the aid of a timeline that is given to the clients at the onset of the project. She is very adept at scheduling her subcontractors as timing in a remodel project is very critical. It is always a pleasure to work with her because of her positive, can do attitude.”
