“The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

“We demolished our 1950's rambler with daylight basement house down to the foundation and built a 2 story contemporary home. John incorporated our ideas into a unique design that fit our family. A year later we still have people stopping by our house asking where we got the materials and design. Like any big project, not everything went perfectly, but Axiom worked hard to correct any problems.”

“Karen designed a complete inside and out remodel of our 40+ year old 3400 sq-ft home on Bainbridge Island. She also hired and supervised the work of a group of outstanding subcontractors. The job was completed in a timely manner at on budget. Karen was great to work with. She listened to our ideas and then transformed them into plans that proved to be better than we hoped. We whole heartedly recommend her and she will get our call if we ever tackle this kind of project again.”

“Urban Frontier did such a great job resanding, staining and sealing our deck, stairs, and facade that we ended up hiring them to build our fence. From reaching out for a quote on yelp, having Grier come out to look at the house and getting a timely and fair estimate to finalizing the project-working with Urban Frontier has been a pleasure. Aside from being honest and doing quality work, they really go out of their way to do any research necessary to ensure the work is done right. They communicate any issues they foresee and work on finding solutions to what your needs/wants may be. Our new fence is so perfect for the pups, we couldn't be happier with the execution.”

“First of all, Sheard Development completely saved us! We had started several months before they came on board with another contractor who let us down right after the foundation had been started.... Then we waited & waited for them to go onto the next stage which never happened. Basically the whole house was still unfinished and it sat for about 4 months before Sheard Development took over our project. They worked through many errors on the plans they inherited and the foundation that had already been started. I can’t say enough positive about this company, they made EVERYTHING right. They have integrity, the best work ethic, they put the customer first and love their imput. They completed our home in the most timely manner. I would recommend this company whole heartedly without hesitation!”
