She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”

“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“POSCHE. Design & Build did a great job remodelling my kitchen. They were able to work well with the constraints of my space. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their designer at One X One Designer, Hilda Mohseni. They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. Design & Build.”

“Our 3,600 Sq. Ft. house burned down but not completely. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). They worked through the winter of 2015/2016 and we got our house back by fall 2016. Thank you Built By Pros”

“We hired M@W to help us design and build our studio space in Toronto. The site was an ancient double bay garage that had formerly been stables. We ran services and natural gas to the studio, tore down a section of the central dividing wall, dug and poured a new floor and drain, replaced the roof, installed HVAC, new windows and doors. In just under 5 months our studio was up and running. These are some of the nicest people you'd ever have the joy of working with. Paul the owner is as interesting to deal with as he is interested in the projects he undertakes. We're now in the process of looking for a new property to combine live and work and we will be working with Men at Work bar none!”
