“I contacted RESCUE Green because my electric bills were to high and I was looking to remodel but wanted to spend my money wisely. They offered a free walk through. They put together a great scope of work that not only allowed me to upgrade some of the things I wanted in my home but fit things I needed to do. Not only does my house look good now but it's costing me less to own and I'm more comfortable. These guys really know their stuff! I would recommend them for any work your looking to get done in your home.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! “Allison and her team were patient with me throughout the entire process as we ran into several delays with the HOA and the city to get the renovation moving forward. She's very resourceful, courteous and extremely hard working. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty either! Even when I wasn't too happy with a certain subcontractor, she addressed the situation immediately and professionally. Her team is awesome too! “We purchased a home last year and my husband called Levi construction. They were highly recommended by a dear friend and we were not disappointed. We needed major renovation throughout the house, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, flooring you name it. It was a big project that took them about 6 months to complete. “These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”
