“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“Bruce Oliver is very easy to work with. He listens to ideas and offers suggestions that make sense and is sensitive to environmental needs. Working in Laguna Beach can be very challenging with the city codes and Bruce has worked closely with them. I have also hired him to be my project manager as I am doing a full renovation of a house as well as landscaping and a pool design.”

“We worked with Dino and Dina Presutto of Tuscany Builders and found them to be professional, honest, and flexible as we worked together to create a backyard paradise! We are elated with backyard living space which Dino created for us using his superior attention to detail and exquisite craftmanship. We were consulted and updated every step of the way and value was continually reinforced with reasonably priced yet authentic materials. Some of our ideas were really out there... Dino was able to make a few changes in design which made our space more functional and comfortable! We then moved to the front of our home as we were so pleased with the backyard and opened up the area to better welcome our friends into our home. I highly recommend Tuscany Builders for any outside or inside remodel or any project around your home for that matter! The team of Dino and Dina Presutto cannot be more highly commended for their team approach and ability to match form with function using quality materials which will transform your project!”

“I needed to remodel my master bath and closet but had no clue how to design the changes. My contractor required specific architectural plans right away. Thankfully, I was aware of John Salat's talents and called him with my urgent request for architectural plans. He showed up the same evening, took pictures, measurements, and discussed creative changes. He asked me a million questions. His plans were ready within 2 days. He was extremely thorough, professional, and insightful. He grasped the few ideas I had and gave me so much more to think about. His design was fabulous and fit all my needs and provided much more than I had thought about. He really understood my needs and incorporated them into his design concepts. He created the pictures of what I wanted from the many questions he asked. During the construction, he came back to check on the work and was in constant communication with the contractor. He suggested so many design details. I had nothing to worry about. He and the contractor did it all. I would recommend him to everyone.”

“I had been interested in updating the interiors of several of the rooms in my house, but finding furniture that functioned for a family while still retaining an atmosphere for entertaining seemed an onerous task. Janet has a warm, relaxed manner. Through our initial meetings, she was able to draw out my style and creatively think about how the rooms could be best used. She sourced amazing furniture from all over the country that maximized the use of the space and delivered plenty of storage. The fabrics suggested were family-friendly yet still provided a sophisticated feel to the rooms. Janet's design provided the neutral scheme I was looking for in my rooms while injecting accent color and unusual pieces to make the overall look unique and my own. Janet has a real gift with working with color, making my neutral rooms go from nice to memorable! I'm already eyeing other rooms that can use a Janet-overhaul!”

“I found Cheryl on Instagram and Houzz.com. I liked her work the most and I am glad she had time to start the project as soon as our house closed escrow. We are 95% completed now and I cannot wait to move into the house soon! I like Cheryl’s design mixing with different elements, natural elements, elegant/ dressed up elements, rustic elements, And everything comes out to balance each other. The whole project went very smoothly. Cheryl is very organized with invoices, products picked, communicating through Pinterest.”
