“We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“Paul Fisher does great work at a reasonable costs. He will work with you to create exactly what you want and he will communicate with you throughout the project. I highly recommend Paul for any job, but particularly those jobs where you don't know exactly what you want to do but that you want to do something. He will help you conceptualize the project and do the work himself.”

“Jeff and the entire Alpha team are outstanding! They did a complete renovation of our entire first floor, including kitchen, while we were living in the home. From start to finish, the process was a breeze because of their clear communication, partnership and professionalism, and they left the site spotless every day. The end results looks just like the design drawings. We cannot say enough about their subcontractors and the quality of their work. It still looks brand new nearly 3 years later. Jeff provided clear budgets and timelines and kept both on target throughout the project. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on our next project.”

“Project included remodeling of a walkout lower level of a house to result in a complete "in-law" apartment. Specifically, work included construction of a kitchen using cabinetry and some appliances from the results of a complete kitchen remodeling of the upper level of the house. A bedroom was partitioned off with sleeping zone separated from a study with view using bookshelving and wardrobes anchored by posts and beams. A laundry/sewing room was created as well as a study/reflection room.”

“Tim, Brian and Joe have been to our home several times in the last few months. We used Kingdom Construction for our Kitchen Remodel and to repair our basement after a flood. They have done FANTASTIC work and we will use them for our upcoming Bathroom remodel. The crew is friendly, they clean up after themselves, they start early and work hard all day! They have earned our trust and the least we can do is recommend them! Kingdom is our choice for home improvement projects!”

“Nikota has worked with us intermittently over the past 6 years to preserve a historic mid-century modern home in Ann Arbor Michigan. Like many mid-century homes the concept was well ahead of the building technology. Matt Nicholas, Nikota's owner, has approached every aspect of each project from re-framing windows, to installing new doors, to re-engineering and replacing fascia and roofs with a methodical and patient manner. He makes, the much oversimplified work of a carpenter and builder seem as easy as many pedestrians believe it to be. Matt and his team solve problems with clean efficient solutions in a prompt and respectful manner. Our projects have involved a number of various tradesmen to accomplish the tasks at hand and Matt has been a resilient leader for every team. Not only is Matt a true carpenter, but he also has the mind and management skills of a great general contractor. We wholeheartedly endorse Nikota and will be working with them again very soon.”
