“Ktichen renovation. First experience with remodeling. The Hahka team were professional and supportive. Designer Linda Billings was extremely accessible and helpful. Her suggestion to incorporate an island with the character of furniture is the statement piece that adds the "wow" factor to our kitchen. General contractor Randy Hahka very clearly has a personal interest in quality work. He strongly lobbied for the replacement of louvered pantry and laundry doors with doors that more closely matched the new cabinetry-although more costly, this was definitely the right decision from a design perspective. The construction team were skillful, friendly, honest and easy to work with. We did have a few whoopsies, but I understand this is par for the course with renovation projects and at the end, nothing was left unresolved. The team very clearly made great efforts to provide customer satisfaction. Job was not completed on time, mainly due to issues with pantry/laundry doors. Very happy with the results of our project.”

“The guys did an amazing job designing and remodeling my home. They gave me and my wife a new kitchen that we absolutely love. They re-did the stairs with these custom cable railings that look like falling rain. They did the fireplace and crafted their own live edge mantle. They did so much to our home it's too much to list. I sold it (for a huge profit thanks to Santa Barbara Builders) and now I live in Texas. I like them so much I invited them to come with me and build us another home.
