“We were looking to build a new home and after doing much research and interviewing many contractors we soon realized that Dalm Construction built a high quality home. After showing Henry our own floor plan, he worked with Matt to do a few adjustments and they easily made it work. With all of his great opinions and suggestions, we quickly learned to trust his judgment. During the build, Henry always kept us up to date on the progress and any delays. He would also contact us immediately with any unforeseen issues that arose. He would explain to us in detail the problem, any additional cost, our options and then he would give different suggestions on how to proceed before he would continue, which really impressed us.
