“This is the second job that Rich Allen with Farrell Home Services has managed for us. Our kitchen, hopelessly out of date, inefficient and claustrophobic was in dire need of a remodel. Two walls were demolished, and a lowered ceiling with flourscent lighting with a fan in the center was removed and raised. The kitchen was extended approximately 5 feet, and opened to our great room. Old Jalousie windows were replaced as well. Design of the kitchen took a while, but Rich and his crew were patient as we made changes as the design took place. We wanted to be sure that it was the right design for the space and our needs. We were always given choices and issues with each were explained to us. The allowances we were given were always ample for the choices we had made as to material. The kitchen was ready to use in approximately 5 weeks. Rich's scheduling of subcontractors was excellent. We always knew who was coming and when, and in the correct order so when a job was sheduled it could be completed. He was always aware how difficult it is to live without a kitchen. The punch list was completed timely and to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time, and on budget. We have one other project that needs doing, and when we are ready, we will not hesitate to use Rich and Farrell Home services again.”

Voss Builders was one of three companies I interviewed and I hired them based on my interview with Pete Voss. Pete put together an excellent crew, worked with my wishes for a new deck area with a roof over it, and was totally considerate of my inputs. Pete was hands-on throughout the process and put together an excellent design. He and his crew were on time on a daily basis and on time with the project. I liked what he was doing so much that I added a re-do of my front porch deck and railings. I now have a beautiful covered deck in the back that we use every single day. It blends in with the house perfectly and in fact looks like it always belonged there. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of Voss Builders. “II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”
