“I reached out to Nicki last June when we were under contract for our new home that was just in the beginning stages of foundation. She came out to the site several times and gave advice to the built of the structure and referrals to outside contractors to help with 3rd party checks. My husband and I were overwhelmed by the options from the design studio for counter tops, cabinet colors, flooring, tile, carpets etc. Nicki got to know us and what style home we were looking for. She gave us recommendations that stayed within our budget that she knew would complement our home. For example; we really liked a soft, white, marble look for the bathroom shower, however the price of marble was well out of our range. She found a tile that looked very similar to marble and gave recommendations on the grout to make it look like a large slab of marble. She stayed in constant communication with us as the process of our home continued and gave input on finishing touches such as; outlet covers, trim, quarter rounds, that would look best and made sure the construction company wasn’t cutting corner. Once we were moved in, she helped style and decorated our home to give it the warm homey feeling we were looking for. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with going through Nicki, and will reach back out to her for our next home project. Our spec home is the most unique in our community and was exactly what we were hoping for. When working with a new construction development/company, it was nice having someone who had our best interest in mind and was knowledgeable on; new construction build, materials, as well as current trends.”
