“We had two fabulous experiences working with Clark. They did the remodel for our master bath, and then a few months later we happily hired them again to replace some rotten trim and paint the exterior of our house. Both were large projects, the bathroom especially as we basically gutted the room and started from scratch. I was afraid the process would be overwhelming, but Clark was there every step of the way to help us.
Every phase of both projects, from the initial design of the bathroom to the final inspection of the paint job, was easy and seamless. Their contractors were always on time and courteous. They handled any issues (my fault, not theirs, I hated the exterior paint color I chose!) immediately and with a smile on their faces. I have recommended them to several friends, and would not hesitate to use them for any additional projects that we may have in the future.
I was shocked to read the other review, as my experience was the exact opposite. The employees at Clark - everyone from the office manager to the designer to the project manager - were always on top of things and returned my calls, texts or emails immediately.
