“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“Tom is a great remodeling professional. He remodeled my house a few years ago. He did a fantastic job.Not only did he do the things that he was told to do, he also observed several deficiencies for which the original builder was responsible. He fixed everything! “This is the first renovation I've done and it was amazing from start to finish. Denice was a mastermind at designing a kitchen to fit in my older craftsman home. Everything was finished on time and on budget. My kitchen is beautiful and highly functional, including an appliance barn that has made even my children excited about cooking. The custom wood finishes made the concept individualized for me.”

“Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”

“my experience with Chris Hellman and his work crew Bruce and paco and his subs was great, i have built 2 houses, and renovated 3, this was definatly one of my better experiences. Chris was very easy and kind to work with, he was always available to go and do and shop with me, I have very strong and definate taste and ideas, and he meshed really well. the project started out small but grew, it was obvious that the house was in terrible shape once we got into the electricals, the totally uninsulated walls and ceiling, the poor plumbing etc. we ended up redoing almost everything piecemeal, but this was good as we have a very solid and well built house and whateve innovative suggestions he made came out really well, and every challange that i proposed was met and dealt with. I threw him a lot of curved balls which he caught and ran with. Bruce and Paco, the basic onsite team were more than wonderful. they were always curtious, hard working and always amicable no matter how many times we changed things and added and tore down. i enjoyed the entire process and would work with them again. will submit befoe and after when house is complete.”

“My wife and I contracted Brian to build our home at Lake Hartwell in 2009. From the initial interview, through design and planning, until the finished product, Brian and his team was responsive, thorough, and professional. He listened to our ideas and wishes, then made them come true with the finest quality craftsmanship we could imagine, exceeding all expectations. (On time and on budget!). We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Since the completion of our home we have called Brian to help us with a few additional projects. Each project, we receive the same quality of service and work we enjoyed with our initial home building project. Should we ever build again, Santoro Signature Homes will build it. In my opinion, we could not have found a better partnership!”
