“Ian Roberts designed and built our new home for us and we are beyond thrilled with it! Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. We highly recommend Ian Roberts and Flashhouse and would not think twice about working with him again in the future!”

“My business is located in an old brick building. In the middle of a roofing project, we had a call from the roofer explaining that they had exposed seriously degraded brick work around the top of the building, and that it was not structurally sound. I called Mike De Palma from Flintstones as I was driving to the office, and his foreman actually beat me there! Understanding that the re-roofing was very time sensitive as the building was exposed to the elements - the Flintstones crew jumped right on it. They got the job done on schedule and on budget. Every interaction with Mike or with one of his crew has been great.”

“Citizen provides amazing value for services offered. As a lifelong advocate of great service delivery I know of few who compare cross industry with the likes of Cindy and Ryan from Citizen. We have hired them for several projects and been more than satisfied with not only the results, but more importantly the delivery of service. Constructions projects are very complex with many moving parts including and most challenging client expectations. Ryan is a great listener and passionate about caring for you as a client.
