He met me at the house and walked me through the areas of concern and things to consider in renovating a Post and Beam home. (Trust me there are major differences.) Based on working with Evan I felt I could purchase the home and do the renovations within my budget. I contracted with Evan to manage the renovations. He was responsive, had good ideas and was able to provide an insight that is unique to Post and Beam construction.
