“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results. “Peter and Archia did a major kitchen remodeling project for us in Duxbury MA. The project was done on time (and the schedule was very condensed), on budget and with great results. They were proactive in anticipating any issues and changes and made the project better then anticipated. They drove the punch list, coming by after the project on their own to tweak and tighten items and ensure that all was well. We have done a number of home improvement projects and would recommend Archia without reservation! Mark and Wendy Rayfield ”

“I've had two jobs completed by Almar now, and both were done at a very high quality. The first was a makeover of the bathroom upstairs which had previously been a DIY tile operation by the previous owner which did not go well. The second job was repair and restoration of a large leak that we had in our porch into our basement. I would hire them again, and they were wonderful to do business with.”

“Project was a demo and renovation of several rooms, requiring all new flooring, electrical upgrade, lighting, ceiling fans, doors, baseboard heating and painting - communication was excellent - pictures and videos were sent throughout the process - the oversight, follow through and coordination with all the subs contractors was spot on - very impressed with their depth of knowledge. They always presented recommendations clearly and were available to problem solve any issues that came up. They are very trustworthy and honest. We will be using them again for our kitchen renovation.”

“From design stage to finish this builder was professional, listened thoughtfully and worked with us until WE were satisfied with the finished work. Several misunderstandings occurred, but they presented no arguments or problems. Items were quickly remover and replaced to our satisfaction. We did not live in the immediate area where our new home was being built but this presented no problem. Emails & phone calls were returned promptly even on weekends. The quality of the materials used was top of the line and the millwork and hardwood is beautifully done. The workmen & women on site were always polite and courteous. Most importantly we had a written finish date in our contract that this fine tuned team came in on time with. It was a pleasure to work with this fine Company. Their reputation is well earned.”
