Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “Timeline Design designed and build our 6,000 sq ft house. They took our ideas and made them better. As the project progressed they improved the design and solved problems as the reality of the construction unveiled ways to make it better or address issues. This was done as a matter of course, not as a way to jack up the price through change orders. Most of these changes did, in fact, not change the price. Some did require extra or different materials or effort but these only added T&M charges. We are still delighted with our house 7 years after it was completed. Timeline Design still sends people out to fix or address any issues we have as they arise. Timeline Design is an honest, committed and talented designer/builder. I can't recommend them high enough!”

“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

He and his team's commitment to quality, detail and excellence was indeed stellar. They understood us as clients and our needs and specific tastes. They truly listened and reacted with speed. They stuck to their original budget and timeline. Above everything else, their strive for perfection and desire to exceed expectations is indicative about the ethic and pride they bring to their work, day-in and day-out. In short it was an absolute pleasure to work with them and we would highly recommend them.”
