“Working with Mike from White Sands Coastal Development Company on the current project--a new three story beach home--is always a good experience in that his priorities are straight: utilize the space and style so there is an easy-living flow, maximize and display every ocean view, stay on budget, come up with innovative creative solutions and treat this home as if it were their own. They are problem solvers not problem makers and they are honest, detail oriented, respectful and yet have non-pretentious communication skills. There is the added benefit of young, technically savy mindsets.”

“We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“Dave Vasquez remodeled my bathroom. I am very happy with the results. The whole process was seamless. Dave is a perfectionist. He kept to the timeline, there were no hidden costs or expense. Dave can do it all; plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and painting. Dave has great design ideas and gives good advice and suggestions. He is a joy to work with and made the process very easy I highly recommend Vasquez Design.”

“We have hired them twice now (garage studio office and kitchen remodel) and recommended them countless times to others. Finding a contractor whom you can trust, has an esthetic sense that helps with creative decisions, is not overly expensive nor constantly driving the budget up and does quality work is hard to find. We were lucky. Can't recommend Alex and his team highly enough and we will use him again.”
