“We wanted a double storey extension built. J came out and explained to us the entire process. His company was more expensive than others but we went because we understood what he explained and we liked the concept plans. Throughout the process we let J and his team manage it for us. With the weather and supply issues the project was completed behind schedule but J and his team kept us informed throughout. We are glad that we hired them”

“We used Abbey to form our loft conversion based on our architects plans. The design was unusual and they responded well and creatively to the design when it was on site. They communicated really well with us, and always responded, we felt that they were listening and working with us throughout the build. We chose Abbey because they felt right, and because they were good on price. We were really pleased with our choice and we would happily recommend them to others.”

“A well-designed apartment fitted with quality fixtures and fittings. Chris and the team are professional and customer focused and closed out snagging items quickly and without making a fuss. Chris and his team are approachable which makes you feel that they care about the customer and the quality of the project. When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.”

“We are writing this review to highly recommend Fenlake Construction as a General Contractor. We hired Fenlake Construction to build our single storey rear kitchen extension which was was built to an excellent standard and exactly how we wanted. The initial project only consisted of the construction of a kitchen extension but due to us being very happy with the work being delivered we then asked Fenlake Construction to carry out the kitchen fit-out as well. Rob and his team were punctual and attended Site everyday. Rob's team was very friendly and stuck to all their commitments. Rob, project managed the whole project from start to finish and managed to resolve all unforeseen problems throughout the whole process with minimal time and cost impact. All other trades such as plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. were manged effectively with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in the house. We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and quality Rob and his team put in to their work and appreciated all the advice regarding design and choice of materials that was given to us throughout the construction process. The site was kept tidy and the project was delivered on time and on budget. We will definitely be using Fenlake Construction again should the need arise and have no hesitation in recommending them for future work. Asif, Cambourne, Cambridgeshire”

“Can’t rate Harry & James highly enough- they fitted a new kitchen & utility for us and completed several large tiling projects, including an ensuite bathroom. They also fitted solid surface worksurfaces to the kitchen, utility and bathroom. They are always professional, punctual & polite. They communicate really well before, during and after any job. Their attention to detail is excellent and they ensure a perfect finish to any job. They come up with creative solutions and ideas.”

“Nick, Rebecca and their team at Bespoke Build & Restoration Ltd have now carried out 4 large home improvement projects for us. This speaks for itself, having first completed a stunning loft conversion we had absolutely no hesitation in using Bespoke to carry out three further projects. The second was to open up a very small hallway with a confusing amount of doors and small spaces into a fantastic open welcoming space that is now the centrepiece of the house. Nick then went on to convert one of our double garages into a photography studio where I run my business from and most recently, an incredible kitchen diner utilising the second double garage space. Nick only uses tradesman that he has worked with for many years and share his quality of workmanship and work ethic. Nicks vision and enthusiasm for ideas are superb, he is constantly thinking of ways to improve how a space can work and additions and adjustments that will improve the overall aesthetic of a space. Finding a reputable builder who can deliver a project on time and within budget is a minefield and often seems an impossibility. We can't recommend Bespoke Build & Restoration Ltd highly enough, you won't be disappointed.”

“Domus refitted my upstairs bathroom. Very helpful choosing smart, modern units which made the best use of space in a small bathroom. Reliable and friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating, even managed to schedule the fitting to be done when we were on holiday. Came back to check that everything was working as it should. Highly recommend Domus for a professional service, excellent value for money.”
