He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. The final proposal was the best one we received with a new opening created in one wall and an additional opening into living room from stairs coming down that we did not even know would be a great idea but transformed our whole first floor. “We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions.
Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design.
Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project.
