Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”

We worked together refining his plan and soon the new addition was under construction. When completed on schedule, the addition is more than we had hoped for. The quality of workmanship is great.
