“I had Matt out to the house to discuss a Screen Porch project. Unlike some other contractors I had out he showed up as scheduled. He spent time discussing what was needed and honestly pointed out the pros and cons of the project. He clearly pointed out many of the difficulties that might be encountered. He also proposed some alternative solutions that might work and even save some cash. I appreciated his professional attitude, which was much improved over other contractors I have met with.
