“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“The Pattyn Group designed and installed our fireplace and mantel. It is truly the centerpiece of our house! They helped us with every design element from tile layout to grout color to the wood for the mantel. We used Pewabic tile and they installed it flawlessly. All the work was completed quickly. “Tim, Brian and Joe have been to our home several times in the last few months. We used Kingdom Construction for our Kitchen Remodel and to repair our basement after a flood. They have done FANTASTIC work and we will use them for our upcoming Bathroom remodel. The crew is friendly, they clean up after themselves, they start early and work hard all day! They have earned our trust and the least we can do is recommend them! Kingdom is our choice for home improvement projects!”

“Jeff and the entire Alpha team are outstanding! They did a complete renovation of our entire first floor, including kitchen, while we were living in the home. From start to finish, the process was a breeze because of their clear communication, partnership and professionalism, and they left the site spotless every day. The end results looks just like the design drawings. We cannot say enough about their subcontractors and the quality of their work. It still looks brand new nearly 3 years later. Jeff provided clear budgets and timelines and kept both on target throughout the project. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on our next project.”
