“Finesse was amazing! They remodeled our kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, installed a new HVAC, all new internal doors, some new windows, blew out a wall and put in new French doors, moved our washer/dryer upstairs and built new closets and storage space. We had multiple rooms that were stripped down to the studs and the floor and tile was replaced We have two children under the age of 4 and lived in the house with them and our dog through the whole thing and they made it possible. The people who work with them are amazing! They came early, stayed late and often worked on weekends. Elizabeth has great taste and worked with our taste and our budget to get what we wanted. Finesse stayed within budget and timeline even though we added items! We still have some things we'd like to do and hope to work with Finesse in the future!”

“Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. Professional staff with great service. I do recommend them for anybody looking to do work on their homes.”

“We have had DuBro design and execute two projects for us. The first project was a complete basement remodel, including a family room, extra bedroom, storage room, full bathroom, and beautiful laundry room, which cost $80K+ and was completed in March 2012. The second project was a complete remodel of a small bathroom with shower, and a partial remodel of the kitchen, which cost $25K+ and was completed in March 2013. DuBro is a design-build firm with creative architects that work closely with the owner to develop a design that meets the owner's functional and aesthetic goals; and an execution team that works efficiently and competently to produce a high quality product. Both teams listened and responded to our feedback throughout the project to ensure that the final product met our expectations. We really appreciated the creative solutions that the design team came up with to add interesting elements to the design, address space issues, and suggest finishes that really made each part of the two projects stand out as unique works of craftsmanship. We would recommend DuBro to anyone looking for a professional and talented design-build remodeling contractor.”

“We can't say enough about Michael Sauri and his crew at TriVistaUSA. Our remodel was rather extensive, adding to and changing over 75% of our house. TriVistaUSA reworked our kitchen and sunroom into a massive greatroom/kitchen, moved the deck, turned our old deck into my office, and added a master suite downstairs among other things. We had begun the construction with a different contractor who turned out to be a crook. He abandoned our project in massive disarray, no roof, walls open to the elements and a heap of trash filling the back yard. Michael came in and put us back together. Not only did TriVistaUSA complete our dream home on schedule and on budget, but they did this after having to clean up, assess and repair the mess left behind by the prior contractor. Through all of that, one of my favorite things about TriVistaUSA was how willing they were not just to offer suggestions for design and construction, but to listen to our ideas - to find out who we were and what we wanted in a home. I can’t imagine having achieved that without them. Love love love us some TriVistaUSA.”

“We live in a 135 year old historic home on capitol hill hill in Washington D.C. We had been searching for a contractor to diagnose and repair some major structural problems when we got referred to Kingston. From our first meeting and throughout the following fifteen months they handled every aspect of the job with honesty, integrity and skill. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and every unforeseen event, no matter big or small, was dealt with care and consideration. Recently I recommended Kingston to a friend. She had gotten many estimates for her job, and then received one from Kingston as well. The advice I gave her sums it up best. I told her, " whatever happens during the project, Kingston's priority will be your 100 percent satisfaction every step of the way.”

“Kevin and VM Solutions were professional, fairly priced and highly creative in their approach to our project. When people talk about Pure Barre studios, we consistently hear that we have a fantastic design and exceptional craftsmanship. Beyond the standard work (drywall, ceiling tiles etc...) They completed the following creative concepts with ease: 1. Brick wall veneers on several walls 2. Reclaimed wood desk and barn door 3. Transom windows 4. Pipe shelving 5. “I recently sold a house that Carmen and his team transformed from a tired '60's design to a modern showpiece. I was amazed that the whole house remodel, including exterior brick and interior wall demolition, a kitchen and 6 baths was completed in 5 1/2 months. It showed beautifully and sold quickly.”
