“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“Sunny house was hired by our church to renovate two bathrooms. The work performed was done in a professional manner. The work performed was tearing down the existing walls, removing fixtures, installing new floors in both bathrooms. The workman always came when they said they were coming and cleaned up at the end of the day. Both bathrooms are now updated and were done to our specifications. I would highly recommend Sunny House.”

“Very happy with work done in 2013 on second floor of house built in the early 1900's. Crew was respectful of the property and the fact that we lived in the house while under construction. We decided to rehire M L Murdy in 2017 for kitchen and living room remodel. Design plans are impressive, and utilization of space is maximized. Team is responsive to customer's needs, and communication is easy. We highly recommend this company!”

“Common Vision did a major addition to my small house, designing and building the perfect space for my tiny lot, matching existing moldings and trims, listening to my wants and desires, with professional staff, fine materials, excellent workmanship and pleasant communications. “We had two fabulous experiences working with Clark. They did the remodel for our master bath, and then a few months later we happily hired them again to replace some rotten trim and paint the exterior of our house. Both were large projects, the bathroom especially as we basically gutted the room and started from scratch. I was afraid the process would be overwhelming, but Clark was there every step of the way to help us. Every phase of both projects, from the initial design of the bathroom to the final inspection of the paint job, was easy and seamless. Their contractors were always on time and courteous. They handled any issues (my fault, not theirs, I hated the exterior paint color I chose!) immediately and with a smile on their faces. I have recommended them to several friends, and would not hesitate to use them for any additional projects that we may have in the future. I was shocked to read the other review, as my experience was the exact opposite. The employees at Clark - everyone from the office manager to the designer to the project manager - were always on top of things and returned my calls, texts or emails immediately. I could not have been happier with my experience.”

“Choate builders took down the wall between my kitchen and family room added a beautiful breakfast bar with columns and cabinets on the bottom for amazing new storage space. The owner Paul was there everyday answered my texts calls and emails immediately they put up a temporary wall so the mess stayed in the work space they were so clean and neat about everything and the owner did the design for the work it was perfect I would never use anyone else.”

“Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”
