“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

“I hired Urban Oasis to design a backyard garden and install new stairs and stonework. After a very enjoyable design consultation, Carrie presented three designs and I selected one with no reservations. I went with her to the nursery to pick out additional plants (she incorporated much of the existing garden.) Old raised beds were replaced with a bluestone patio, and a long flight of uneven concrete stairs leading to the house from the street were replaced with granite. All of the specialty stone work was done with exacting attention to detail. I have been delighted with the outdoor extension of my old Craftsman bungalow.”

We were on a relatively tight budget and Todd was open to thinking through significant issues and allowing us to do some work on our own. We were quite happy with the work done”

They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “A year ago they came out and gave up a really great quote on our idea for remodeling our home. They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. We weren't able to move forward with the process but as soon as we can we will definitely be using Sockeye Home to assists us.”
