“I had the pleasure of meeting Jarryd late 2018 and he provided a quote to rebuild our BBQ area building which houses the pool filters, shower and kitchen. Unfortunately it needed total rebuilding due to extensive damage by termites.
Construction started in February and was completed within a couple of weeks.
Jarryd and his team at Tide Constructions were totally professional in all aspects.
Always polite and nothing that I asked them to do over and above what was quoted was a problem.

“We chose Smith and Son Renovation and Extensions Tweed Heads to repair our existing house that had extensive water problems due to initial build quality.
Our first impressions of Andrew and Lynn were that they were very professional. Their office was nicely appointed and well presented and they appeared well organised and knowledgeable about the building processes and requirements.
As a result we chose to move ahead with them and the renovation process began.
From the very start they were well organised and kept us up to date on what was happening with the council and allowed us to choose the start date.
The people working for Smith and son were amazingly polite, considerate and capable of high quality workmanship. While renovations can be tedious it wasn't this way. The workmen went out of their way to consider us and even developed a friendship with our son, who loved seeing them everyday.
The project was quite a large one but we feel we got great value for money. While they are a business we didn't feel that we were a gold mine for the company and we felt that Andrew and his team were mindful of our budget.
The paperwork was taken care of by Lynn who was exceptionally efficient.
The end product is amazingly beautiful and no more water problems.
We couldn't recommend Smith and Son Tweed Heads more vehemently and we are thankful everyday we chose them to do the work.”
