“Main Brief - Repair and restoration of an old bathroom/laundry which included the installation of a shower and to replace the vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, laundry trough, wall and floor tiles. Replumbing where necessary, resurfacing the bath, repair existing floor in preparation for tiles. Replacing ceiling heating/exhaust fan, window glass with opaque. Match and replace broken glass in back porch, repair wall and lay vinyl flooring in studio. Paint interior and exterior of house, replace venetian blinds, new window locks and flywire screens. Remove old gas heater and replace with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sand and polish floorboards throughout.”

“Hi Carmen, A big thank you for your help and advice on the renovation of our bathroom, fixtures and fittings. Everything we purchased and installed looks fantastic and works brilliantly, the bath, is stunning, the toilet is terrific, the mirror is fabulous and the shower system is perfect. We could not be happier with the selection of taps, heated towel rack and freestanding bath tap/shower head and other accessories, they all look great and function perfectly. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and he said he has not seen a more stunning bathroom before, he was sent up specifically to photograph our kitchen, which he thought was ‘pretty nice’, so I don’t think we was being over generous with his comments about the bathroom. (We think our kitchen renovation is pretty good but people who have seen both our kitchen and bathroom, are all ‘blown away’ with the bathroom and we do think the same ourselves.)
