“We installed two large NanaWalls in our lakefront cabin in Whistler, BC, Canada. They are a fantastic addition as they highlight the lake and mountain views from our living room, dining room and kitchen. It's wonderful to open them all up, bring the outside in and let the fresh air flow through our home. We shopped around and ended up choosing NanaWall for a number of reasons including: the company's strong reputation, the large number of available options and configurations, the ease of operation and for the beauty of the product. “They replaced a very large window in front, 2 smaller windows, and sliding patio doors. Walter expressed concern about poor nature of existing windows and brought the job foreman out on a 2nd visit to make sure the installation would go well. The entire job took 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived on time and worked very neatly. After completion, I noticed I couldn't get 2 of the window locks to lock down, so I called the company and left a voice message. I received a response only 30 min later; and, they sent the crew back out the same day to make the adjustment. - great service! and, we feel the price was very fair!”

“Received a quote + visited their show room. Friendly & knowledgeable. They recommended we get 4 sliding doors for our closet instead of 3, which wasn't even something that had crossed my mind, but makes sense since we'd have access to 1/2 of our closet at a time instead of just 1/3 of it. Not the cheapest, but they seem like they would be easy + hassle free.”

“I am a contractor and I use these guys for moldings, and sometimes for doors. They carry a good variety of moldings, and have great customer service. Only reason for not getting 5 stars, is that a couple of times they had to special order something for me, the items came in later than promised.”

“Jeff did a sliding glass door repair for me. He replaced the wheels on it and cut down a bit of the top of the door because the frame was settling. It was a very good experience, they showed up on time, and explained to me what he was doing all along the way. I would use them again. I also thought the service was a good value.”

“My wife and I hired Matthias Troitzsch of Id8Bau, for the purchase and installation of a European front door/side window unit. Matthias took responsibility from start to finish, in counseling us and determining which door to order, what features we might want, what colors, and how to get it to our home and how to get it installed. It is a Pirnar door, manufactured in Slovenia; and, while it is incredibly beautiful, high class and high tech, it is not something which local contractors know how to install. So, what could have been a very difficult task was made much easier by Matthias. He was extremely available, helpful and can-do, from start to finish, both in the decision and ordering of the unit and in its installation. His judgment was invaluable at every step, and we are delighted with the result. My wife and I recommend him very highly and without reservation.”
