Once the details were ironed out, Ivan came out with his mason and took final measurements for the final drawings. When we were ready for installation, we called Ivan to schedule and they came out and did a fantastic job. The crew took their time to ensure that every piece was installed perfectly and provided information on how to protect the stone during the remain portion of construction. “I called Lou Ramirez Told him I Had a Dead Raccoon in my fireplace the Odor was unbearable. He said he would come in an hour. He was a gentleman of his word. Had another slim young man who was able to go down with him. They work so hard about 2 1/2 hours in the rain. Went down the chimney they removed a large Possum. Cleaned up all his remains sterilized . Lou knows his business did not have to remove my Fire place.He is the one to call if you have a problem with any type of critter.
