“I recently bought from IQMatics a few contemporary furniture sets for living, family and recreation rooms. The furniture sets were selected from the store website; therefore, before making the final transaction, I had many questions. I contacted the store staff frequently. Every time, they were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided detailed information and photos on every item. After choosing several pieces of furniture, they had to be shipped from Chicago, IL to Washington, DC. I requested the white glove delivery, which was on time, fast, efficient and relatively low-cost. Every piece was well packed and protected. All furniture looks terrific. It is a high-end European design. The quality of leather or alcantara is superb. I believe that furniture offered by IQMatics is an alternative to the fashionable but pricey Roche Bobois. I plan to purchase more furniture from them in the near future.”

“Our company worked with Urban Wood Goods in August when we were in Chicago. The service provided by Erin and Jason was utterly remarkable. They are kind, open-minded, extremely creative and have such a terrific perspective on not only life but their company. If you are looking for high-quality handcrafted products, contact Urban Wood Goods. We loved their stools, wine rack and Chicago skyline coasters and table but if budget would have allowed, we would have furnished our whole store with Urban Wood Goods materials.”

“I contacted Ron via the Internet to build a custom console for our basement. After providing him with some dimensions and a bit of input about our general design preference, Ron created an AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL console that is the centerpiece of our family "hang out space"! His craftsmanship is wonderful! I especially like Ron's ability/talent to choose reclaimed woods and stains that compliment whatever type of look you're going for...rustic, modern, etc. He is a true artist and an honest, hard-working person. I would not hesitate at all to ask him to build us another piece of furniture in the future!”

“Jeff's level of expertise in restoring furniture is exceptional !!! The end result always take my breath away. Jeff has worked on several furniture restoration projects for my clients. All were insurance related. Damage was due to water exposure or high humidity. Age of pieces were 1930's to present day. Turn around times are short. I highly recommend Elite Furniture. “I am going to start with some negative comments first. I purchased family room furniture from the Lombard "Oak Brook" Ethan Allen store. I called first and made an appointment and told the sales rep that I wanted the retreat sectional in dark brown leather. I also let her know I wanted additional pieces but I was not sure what would coordinate and fit with my room. I spent about an hour and purchased two Avery chairs, one Avery ottoman, and the sectional. I left telling the rep that I still needed tables etc. and she said she would review and get back to me. I made several phone calls and sent her two email messages and NEVER heard back. Really? I was thoughtful enough to make and appointment when 99% of the time I am sure it's all just walk in business, was decisive on my decisions and didn't make her go through the trouble of doing a home visit. After spending all that money and telling her I wanted to spend more she couldn't even bother to send me an email? Frustrated, I headed out to several other stores, Macy's, Carson's, Walter E Smithe etc, but couldn't find a thing so I headed over to Ethan Allen in Naperville, wow, what a difference in service. I cannot say enough nice things about Denise Mullen. I explained my issues with the other store and she assured me things were much different, I guess she would actually let me spend my money. I only spent about 15 minutes with her but she took all my information, had my floor plan, had the list of items I purchased and followed up with an email with her suggestions. A few days later she followed by phone so I went back in and purchased a coffee table, which I absolutely LOVE (delivered about a week ago). I still need end tables but she is going to stop out when the sectional arrives to figure out what will work best. She also suggested a shelving unit which I had not even considered but will absolutely purchase when I buy my end tables. Also making Ethan Allen worthy of five stars is the customer service department, I have spoken with Ann a few times and she has been outstanding. When she scheduled delivery of the chairs and ottoman she saw the coffee table was due in and made sure it got on the same truck so I wouldn't need to take yet another day off for the delivery. The photo is of the chairs and tables just against the wall, this is not the final placement.”

“I searched all over for the perf!ect table for my new office but nothing was the right size or fit. I contacted TruCraft, showed them a picture of my office decor, gave them the measurement of the wall space and described what I was looking for. I promptly received a proposal/sketch and decided to move forward. TruCraft was not only easy to work with but helped me realized exactly what I was looking for even though I had a hard time describing it. When I received the table I was more than pleased it was exceeded my expectations. I am in talks with TruCraft already for a second job. We are currently working on a matching armoire to my bed frame. I would recommend this company to anyone”
